🛍️ Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
Right now, I only ship within the UK. No international deliveries (sorry, overseas friends!).

How much is shipping?

£2.99 via Royal Mail.
FREE shipping on orders over £50.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days, and Royal Mail delivery typically takes 3 days after dispatch. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way!

What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Once an order is with Royal Mail, I have as much control over it as I do over the weather (aka none). However, if it’s been way too long, get in touch and we’ll figure something out.

Do you offer any discounts?

Is there a reward for spending more?
Yes! For every £30 spent, you’ll receive a FREE surprise stud earring in your order. Think of it as a little thank-you gift (or a fun way to start a mix-and-match collection).

📦 Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Since each piece is handmade, I don’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If there’s an issue, email me within 30 days with photos and we’ll sort it out.

What if I change my mind?
I get it, impulse shopping is real. But because all pieces are made-to-order, I can’t accept returns for a change of heart.

My jewellery arrived damaged!
That’s the worst. Send me an email within 30 days with a photo of the damage, and I’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

📿 Jewellery & Materials

What materials do you use?
My older collections were more affordable. Now, we are more focused on high quality hypoallergenic materials. All new collections use:
✔️ Gold-plated
✔️ Sterling silver
✔️ Surgical steel

This means everything is still hypoallergenic but higher quality, which is reflected in the pricing.

Can I wear my jewellery in water?
The materials are solid and high-quality, so a little sweat or rain won’t hurt. But long soaks in water (pools, showers, saunas)? Not ideal. (Yes, I once melted a resin piece in a sauna—don’t be me.)

Will the metal tarnish?
Nope! We use gold-plated, sterling silver, and surgical steel, which are tarnish-resistant. But like all metals, keeping them away from harsh chemicals will keep them looking new.

How should I store my jewellery?
Keep them in a jewellery box, soft pouch, or anywhere that isn’t the bottom of your bag. Lightweight doesn’t mean indestructible.

How do I clean my jewellery?

Metal parts: Wipe with a soft cloth.
Resin & polymer clay: Wipe gently with a damp cloth—no scrubbing!
